1. Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following conditions:

  • The item is in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The item received is defective, damaged, or non-functional.
  • You received the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Items on final sale or clearance
  • Products with broken seals or signs of use (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. State the reason for your return.
  3. Crucially, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos and/or a Clear Complete Unboxing video showing the issue (Start Making Video Before Opening The Shipment and Show The Shipment From All Sides In Video , It Must Be A Complete UnCut Video).
  4. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether the refund is approved or rejected.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take [5-7 business days] for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items damaged for reasons not due to our error).

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange for a pickup or reimburse you for shipping costs.
  • For Other Reasons (e.g., Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you no longer want it (and it is eligible for return as per Section 1), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped.

  • If Order Has Shipped: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and then follow our standard return process (see Section 1).

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Every item is carefully checked to ensure durability, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Our goal is to provide premium-quality products at affordable prices, without misrepresenting any brand

7. Guarantee & Replacement Policy

  • Products that include a guarantee come with a unique printed code and date.
  • Customers must provide this code and date while claiming the guarantee.
  • Shipping charges for replacement must be paid by the customer.
  • Product must be returned in complete condition (e.g., adapter with cable).
  • If any part/accessory is missing or not sent back, replacement will not be provided.
  • Original box/packaging is mandatory for replacement.
  • External body damage or physical damage is not covered under the guarantee.
