1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping Method: We partner with reputable courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Amazon Shipping to deliver your orders.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Option A (Flat Rate): We offer a flat shipping rate of ₹350 on all orders.
    • Option B (Free Shipping): We offer free shipping on all COD orders over ₹20,000. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of ₹350 will be applied.
    • Option C (Shipping On Prepaid Orders):
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
    • Tier 1 & 2 Cities: 3-5 business days
    • Rest of India (including remote areas): 5-7 business days

Please note that these are estimates. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as high order volumes, courier service delays, or public holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email (and optionally, an SMS/WhatsApp notification) with your tracking number.

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at starlytemobile2022@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

6. Damages in Transit

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, please follow the “Returns” procedure outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

To help us resolve this quickly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.
  3. An “unboxing video” showing the package being opened.(Start Making Video Before Opening The Shipment and Show The Shipment From All Sides In Video , It Must Be A Complete UnCut Video).

7. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address Re-shipping fee of ₹ 350 will be applicable.

All orders will be delivered within 7 days.
